Facilities equipped with 6 Lamp T5 fixtures (5.65 KwHr) reduced electric usage by approximately 49%.

Reduced shipments

Freight consolidations and floor plan designs reduced shipments by over 6,440 and travel by 97,000 km in a single year.

Automated operations

IT systems were developed to automate the sequencing operation and eliminate paper requirements.

Renewable solar energy

Solar panels on TFT's busiest plant began providing renewable electricity back to the Ontario Hydro Electric grid in 2010.
